During his week-long stay did he train local chefs in the best way to stay authentic to the traditional Indian Cuisines. He was revealing the best curry recipes and how to use the spices in the best way, because the taste of a recipe depends a lot on the techniques used to reveal the richness of the spices. Because of this training will all guests, Indian or just Indian food lovers, be able to enjoy the real flavours of India at the Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort.
After a week of training was there hosted a special lunch for local destination management companies, who specialise in the Indian market, at the Mercado restaurant. Here partners could discover by themselves the new recipes and flavours that were introduced at the resort by Chef Ajay Pundir.
